Anybody ever have a problem with a volvo S60 starter relay?

My volvo will not start but has all power. Last time the relay was replaced and fixed it. Happened again.

      The key that is read by the ignition switch common problem dealer can scan system you have chip in the key that is read by the antenna around the ignition switch common problem dealer can scan system to verify.
