When turned on, the heater makes a rumbling noise and doesn’t blow very well. It, unsurprisingly, gets louder the higher the blower is set. I believe it to be a blockage of some sort, but, I don’t quite know what it could be and don’t want to tear apart the dash while not wanting my buddy to pay a ton of cash to a Volvo garage to get it fixed either. Any help?
BTW: It’s apparently been going on for a while. I suspect a blockage, but, could it also be a door of some sort being stuck?

I know, I know…selling an 02 honda to basically trade down sounds totally moronic but I’m in a HUGE financial bind. I need to try to sell the car, keep some of the $ & get something cheaper. I’d keep the honda forever if it were not for this obnoxious (family court) issue that is bleeding me dry financially…..any other CONSTRUCTIVE ideas would be wonderful! thanks for all the great feedback so far ;0)
