Does the new Volvo S80 have a flashing rear windshield brake light?

I saw an S80 where the third brake light - the bar in the rear windshield - flashed like a warning every time the driver hit the brakes. Is this an add-on or something new for Volvo? I have a 1999 S80 and am interested in adding this safety feature to my car. Thanks!

      My knowledge some car look into third party market as your volvo does have something similar to an offensive sense and not defensive sense and not do this or driver attempting an emergency braking maneuvers but.
      An emergency stop or other automotive safety issues.
