I have a 1996 volvo 850..I had to put in the radio code i receieved one from the dealership..and I got another code from the stereo box on the inside..i entered the one from the dealership, did not work..and the one from the stereo box has a “9″ in it and my number presets are only 1,2,3,4,5,6..Any Suggestions?!?!?!?

The strange thing is that the battery is new and it has a charge (It was hooked up to a battery charger all night and gives off a strong spark). The second that the jumper cables are removed the car stalls out. It has new spark plugs, a new ignition coil, new wires and a new battery. Any ideas?
