How do I disassemble the center console and door handles for my 2006 volvo s40?

I currently have the faux wood center console and interior door handles on my 2006 volvo S40 and bought the aluminum versions. Does anyone have instructions to uninstall the old and install the new set? The dealer said it would cost me $250 to do it…..that is as much as the panels!
