How do I install rear drop bolts for my Volvo V70? Details inside?

I have an AWD Volvo v70. I am trying to lower the vehicle and I ordered the springs for the front of the car, but I was told I have to get rear drop bolts to lower the rear of the car. I can do the springs myself, but how do I install these drop bolts? They just look like regular bolts. Does anyone know?
