How do I make the interior lights turn out on our Volvo?

At nite, when I open the car doors, the overhead lights in the interior cabin do not come on. How can I get them to come on whenever I unlock the car? It’s a 1995 Volvo 850. We enjoy smoking crack in it, if that helps any.

      The doors option if that dosent work the doors option if that dosent work the lamp that dosent work the light might have burned out and needs replacing.

      If its a push -pull switch try turning headlight switch to right or left.
