How much do Volvo seat belts increase the stopping distance during a crash?

During a car crash, how much do seat belts increase the stopping distance by; preferably in Volvo’s however, any type of car would be fine. Also, is there a difference between the stopping distance of a seat belt which is retracted and one which is not. Any equations would also be very helpful. And please include a website source.

      Seat belts have nothing at all to do with stopping…brakes do however…

      Volvo that isnt an xc90 the stopping distance will probably be 150 downwards.
      An xc90 the stopping distance if you have newer volvo that isnt an xc90 the brakes affect you have newer volvo.
