What’s included in the labor hour on Volvo’s maintenance?

The last notice I have for the price of the labor hour on the Official Volvo Dealership is $125.00.
Do you know what kind of services are included in that rate?. Only the time that the technician works on the car, or something else?

      An hour and they do it takes them hours you only pay 12500 per.
